I think it's an American Chinese dish though.

I've never heard of it before in my life and I watch a lot of UK cooking shows, so probably not. We do good cauliflower cheese though

I've never heard of it. I imagine it is just what it says?

Maybe we have it under a different name

Here's a rough picture of it.

According to Wiki it's American.

Quote:
When asked by a CNN interviewer about whether American Chinese foods "stand as its own cuisine," Tsai said "I don’t think so. Chinese-American cuisine is “dumbed-down” Chinese food. It’s adapted for the wrong reasons, to be blander, thicker and sweeter for the American public."[3]

Never even heard of it, so it must not be American.

Is it the opposite of a veggie burger?

It's a popular dish found in American Chinese restaurants.

American Chinese sucks, btw. Authentic Chinese and Szechuan is so much tastier.

Basically yes. Usually in oyster sauce. I posted a picture of it somewhere up there ^^. I prefer the chicken variety myself.
