in a lot of pain

my left leg (my bad one)
has just gone into spasm and locked up i cant move it properly
and my leg has gone into pins 'n' needles overdrive
all i can do is sit it out and it will go away

Ouch

it hurts (grits teeth) it comes now and again but it lets you know when its here

but it never repaird or somthing

Is it like a pinched nerve that causes some of the pins and needles stuff? Because snap-kicking helps for that... Otherwise, I'd see a doctor.

it must be somthing like that theres nothing the local doc can do
it comes and go's now and then
but its okay now
