how to help with back problem deterated disk

I found out that I have two disk in my lower back that are deteriorated last week . Seems like exercise and therapy are going to help.What if it dosen't ? What can I do to keep it from changing my life style?

-are you overweight.............if so, loose the weight, its alot easier on the back.

-back massages by massage specialts really help, they are usually covered by your medical plan, but you need a doctors note to take there, otherwise you will not be covered.

Robaxacet with codeine really helps the pain when he gets it..............ask your pharmasict for its over the counter....but not a prescription.

If you are alleric to codeins, just buy the regular Robaxacet.....its on the shelves.............if you have drug stores, buy their name brand..its alot cheaper.

Ibuprophin may or may not help, it has a bit of anti-inflammator in it, if not, ask your doctor to prescribe one.

Try and help your back, watch what you lift and how heavy it is..........long drives.............anything that normally makes it bad, try and avoid.
