Do you think money can make you happy? if yes, then how much? although we know that money is not the world, we still nee to spend it for things inorder to live.

I know the lack of money can make you unhappy. But no quantity of money will automatically make you happy.
Some of the richest people I know do not have a lot of financial wealth but their riches are something meer money can't buy.

Money can't buy you happiness.

considering the percentage you get from the bank for a savings account is 5%, I
think I would live well and happy out of the interst I get for 5 million USD!

I agree with what you're saying, money isn't the world, but it sure as hell helps.

I think there are basics to life that make you happy, and these vary on your personality. Fulfilling your life goals, having a family etc etc I believe that for most people without this they cannot truly be happy for all their life, there may be some exceptions but not many. After this, money makes things so much easier.

So yes, money can make you happy, but only if you have more complex things to back it up.

In terms of how much I'd say that really depends on how you want to live, for me $1,000,000,000,000,000,000 would probably do nicely
