i love the hellraiser series but only the first two movies, the elm street series were good as well (also first 2.) They just don't make horror like they used to but the Saw movies are rather good for stomach churning and shock effects as well as being clever movies IMO. I always like the Evil Dead movies.

war of the worlds. It's seemed scary at first but it wasn't as bad the second time.
Best is 2 see it at the theater where it's dark and quiet, adds more suspense during viewing.
