front page Active topic "Jump to" arrow.

Not sure what the name of the arrow.
when you click on the arrow for most recent post in topic It will take to the last post inside topic.

Ok, see sunnyside user , is recent post in "Not On Topic" but No arrow is showing to go to that post.
And it's just with that topic, others show arrow.
