fat camp anyone?

im gonna go this summer.


im 5'8 1/2 and i weigh 142.
my goal is too lose 20-25 pounds.
imma be real thin.


anyone know any good fat camps?
or has anyone ever ben to one?

Going to weightloss camps generally costs hundreds of dollars. Being as you are at a healthy weight for your height, that seems like a waste of money to me

Eh why not just exercise and eat right at home?

i could care less what it says on he scale.
i just want to look in th mirror and like what i see.

I only wish I could look so good.

I've had years of experience with this one and let me tell ya , you could lose 40 pounds and look unhealthy to others and still see fat when you look in the mirror. It's just part of being a weight concious person , you will never see yourself at the weight that others see ya.

eh... do they let you into fat camp if you're no fat?

i dont look fat in my pics but i am fat for my height.
and i think they accept people abofe the minimum weigt for there height

I am only talking from personal experience but when I had my chemo treatments the first time around I got all these nasty blisters in my mouth and lining of my esophogus. I could not eat and I had to have a feeding tube inserted into my stomach. I lost alot of weight and at my lowest point I was down to 89 pounds and I am not a short person -5 '7". Still when I looked in the mirror I saw a fat person. It's taken me a long time to make myself not think like that anymore. I weight a hell of a lot more than that now but I'm not over weight , still yet I'll never be slim in my eyes I guess.

There are so many traps you can get caught in when you're trying to lose weight and some of them are life threatning.

I have to wonder if you're actually serious, at your size I think fat camp is for people who are actually fat or overweight, not just weight conscious people. Honestly I can see NO fat on you or anything!

As long as your check doesn't bounce I doubt they'd care if you were anorexic.

142 pounds = 10 stones 2 pounds

115 pounds = 8 stone 3 pounds
