Well.......I think it depends on why youre memories havent faded. If he still works with her it is probably VERY hard to let go. I think I would have asked my sig other to leave that job and try somewhere else that he hasnt slept with a co worker. If he sees her frequently he probably thinks of it too. If its not in a good way then maybe every time he sees her he regrets it....NOT BAD.
I think there is always a reason your mind wont let go....its to remind you that they arent perfect and if you can live with that then your love is stronger. If you hold it against him.....then I think your bitterness will only get worse.
To me it sounds like youre making it....its just a long road to get trust back......a VERY long road.
