the customer is never rite!!!
anyone who works in a shop, restaurant watever!
knows its true! so why do we the customers still make it so???
they make our day so much harder!!!
if you've had a bad day in work...please post away!!!
cos i know twiztidangel sure has problems with customers!

or even worse...
when they try to rob money from ur till!!!
hate when that happens!!!
what they do is, give you a £20 note for sumthin thats 79p lets say...so you give em a load of change!
then...they pull out a pound and say..."Oh look! ive got the pound!"
i know as soon as they do that what there up to! I than have ring for a supervisor and the manager has to be notified and its like all hell till they turn up!

the idea is that you confuse the person (me) into giving them the £20 back! but then they've still got the change and made a profit! ARSHOLESS!!!

I work at a hotel..and no matter what everything is the front desk agents fault!!! and i mean no matter what ..for example: a year ago at my hotel, we had a guest complain about the rain and they wanted their money back!! wtf

well...only an american could think of sumthin as stupid as that!
ah...if the brochure said its always sunny or sumthin then i think a person has the rite to there money back, unless stated otherwise in the small print!
is that the same in america?
thats another thing that gets on my nerves!
when the price of sumthins wrong, the customer goes and blames me for this fault! WTF!!! there's over 10000items! how am i supposed to know the price of all them?? plus the prices change at least weekly!

i work for gud old kwik save!
i hate the place! but its cheap, get paid okay, gud staff discount (10%). plus...my boss isnt much of an a*****e either! 8)

They are considered always right because you want them to come back and spend more money.

The customer has the power. If you dont satisfy the customer then they will go elsewhere. If they go somewhere else there is a good chance they will take a few customers with them. Word of mouth is very powerful. Repeat business can account for 80% of your bottom line in some cases.

I have been self employed for 3 years, I know what bad/good business can bring you.
