Cigarettes are always bad for you. And it will eventually turn into an addiction. You shouldn't smoke at all.

I think it's better not to get addicted to anything. Quit while it's easy. Smoking anything is detrimental.

The odd one could still be harmful.
If you can go that long without a cigarette, why not knock it on the head, before it becomes an addiction?

I read somewhere that each time you smoke a cigarette it takes like five minutes off your life or something. I don't know how true that is.

But why smoke if you're not addicted? Why risk obtaining an addiction?

Dude. Don't smoke. It's the worst decision you will EVER make. Something that will haunt you for the rest of your life. Sure, you could quit after you've smoked for awhile, but it will never leave you. And quitting smoking is the hardest thing to do. Ever. Period.

Great advice but never steal my words again.

Actually...Nicotine is only addictive when absorbed directly into the bloodstream. Nicotine is a stimulative neurotoxin...much similer to strichinyne but more powerful and also strychinine is not a neurotoxin it is a stimulative convulsant
Anyways nicotine is not active when consumed by inhalation from smoke. The alkaloid nicotine is chemically altered from the heat from the heater and is no longer psychoactive and therefore has no physical addictive qualities. It is all psycholgical addiction

I'm sorry, I didn't see any sources quoted here. This goes directly against everything I've read about nicotine and would appreciate some "proof" if you will. Thanks.

I will conclude by saying this: There are a lot more risks than benefits, and the risks are very risky.

Plus it's just nasty dude!
