okay so i randomly got b****y because my boyfriend wanted to go to the movies with a few other people..including his ex.
....
i called and yelled at him and hung up..
i know i hurt him because he told my best friend that..
....
i messed up..

how do i appologize??

Tell him your sorry for spazing @ him and that you trust him.
And tell him you love him.
That's really all you can do.

Be completely honest with him. Tell him sorry for acting so immature about it and that you should have talked to him a little more camly about it. Then tell him how you feel when he hangs out with an ex.

Just apologize, explain your reasoning for becoming upset. I doubt he'd be happy if you went to the movies with your ex. You weren't out of line, I would've done the same thing.
