any good programs for drawing manga???

yo ppl it's me the "oh so confused one" i was wandering if anyone had any good programs (that are free )that i could download onto my computer for drawing manga i already have gimp but i can't seem to draw a circle on that program because my mouse is stupid and wont let me lol so yeah let me know!

Firstly, buy a tablet. Seriously, I can draw manga really well on ms paint with texturing, put it in CS3 Image Ready, and alter it a bit with Photoshop, or Paintshop Pro<- All free.
Tablets cost ?80 here, for big ones, I think thats $50 where you live. x

lol, the only free one you mentioned is MS Paint, and thats only if you have Windows.
