what is your take on the meaning of life.. do you think god created you?? aliens?? small mice?? what do you reckon??

Im a firm beleiver in the evolution theory.. but i have slight take on it.. i reckon we have been influenced on the path of evolution by aliens.. and that these aliens where seen as early man/woman as gods.. like ants looking up at us..

The human and animal body is just perfect. The more i think about it the more i realise so. I know we have defects as do animals but with 100% healthy genetics the body is probably the most sophisticated peice of machinery ever known.

I have no idea where we are from, could a being have created something so perfect, so self sufficient? Are we a product of millions of years of trial and error?

I dont think we will ever know the reasoning behind our existence. I dont think we will ever fully appreciate or understand the body we have or the world we live in. I dont think humankind can actually handle it yet.

Personally my existence on this earth was to have two children. Yep simple as that, im here to ensure man survives. I doubt i will ever come up with a cure for anything and i doubt i will discover anything new. But i leave a legacy of two more human beings.

Im happy with that

I have a very open mind on this subject, I'm not sure what I bel;ieve for sure.
I was brought up fairly religious and as so I agree with what Treebee said, we are just too perfect to have evolved this way.
Aliens, possible, I would not discount it that perhaps we didn't originate from this planet but our ancestors arrived from a distant galaxy.
As human beings why is it that we're the only ones that don't conform to fitting in with our surroundings and nature?
Why are we here? What's life about?
I don't really have an answer to that and everybody will have their own opinion.
For me life is all about the choices that we make, nothing more.

Life is an accumulation of your dreams, goals and your "self" trying to find yourself and live in this place that was created for you and not understand how it came to be in the first place.

I wonder... If we hadn't started asking ourselves about the meaning of life, would life still have a meaning?

Why does life have to have a meaning? Why do we have to have purpose? Life is the purpose of life. Pro-creation and survival are the only true drivers of life.

Intelligence may demand purpose, but intelligence cannot come about without life. Ergo life begat purpose, purpose did not begat life.

the problem with people searching for the meaning of life, and all that, is that they view the universe as having a begining and an end. get rid off that, and it becomes much easier to theorise as to why we are here.
