I only give to Big Issue sellers, as I only can verify whether they are genuine

I would give money to homeless people, what they choose to do with it is up to them but at least they have the option to use it wisely that they would not have had otherwise.

I normally take the magazine and read it while I'm on the bus or train...gives me something to do.

That's the danger with doing that I guess, some people are in such a bad place that crime like that seems like the only way to cope. Such a shame really.
