Would you find this offensive?

I'm housesitting at the moment, the lady has a cat and a dog that both sleep inside...

The thing is, theres animal fur everywhere, and no one will stay with me because its that bad...

So I want to clean, the house is pretty messy as she lives alone, but do you think she would find it offensive if she came back and I had cleaned up?

You shoudn't care if she does get offended...just tell her you had to; that the hair was going up your nose and in your mouth.

She should have worried that YOU would be offended to sit under such conditions.

i wouldnt think she would find it offensive.....you do what you have to...i couldnt have the fur everywhere it would be a sneezy fit for me xx

Nah, she won't be offended. I used to do that all the time. I actually love cleaning other people's homes - just not my own lol.

However, next time you housesit, expect 'would you mind cleaning up a bit again? I'll pay you for it...'

Lock the critters in a closet. Clean house. Let the critters out when she gets back. i don't see a problem here.

I wouldn't find it offensive. She might get a touch embarrassed if she realises how messy she was.

But I wouldn't care. I love pets like there's no tomorrow, but I hate messy houses.
If I had to stay there, I'd be making myself comfortable. Even health wise.

And really, I think we could all do without cat fur in our eggs in the morning. lol
