Why am I NA and not F, i.e. "Female" in my Profile?

Sorry if this has been covered in another topic called something else (I could not find it, if it has), but I specifically registered as "Female", yet I am profiled as "NA". Does that stand for N/A i.e. "Not Applicable"? I can't seem to edit this at all. I also wish to delete the name of my town from appearing in my profile, but can't do that either.

Please help. I feel "all out there with the wrong profile".
