The Carbon cycle has been refused by America for many years. It was the coral reefs which were breaking down because of Carbon Dioxide being deposited in the Oceans in time throughout and the over all ocean currents. Now the U.S. has been absolved of such discrimenation. The whole development not having to worry of the Climate Change and the Kyoto Protocol HAS allowed the government there and here (I guess) in Washington to alter the spatial Carbon Cycle to exist without question with the Old Ice Age addage, Bring on the alternative Ice age theory.
