And yet you'll probably outlive us all.

Go grab yourself a smoke and go for broke

Urgh no! Filling my face with ground up bits of animals swept up off the abbatoir floor and squashed into a patty is fine, but smoking is absolutely disgusting.

I guess it really depends on what you're cooking. Sometimes things just taste better off a grill... Personally, especially when the weather is nice! When it comes to meat falling apart, I love my crockpot!

Mostly Chicken and Pork Ribs in the Oven. My biggest problem with the Grill or using a smoker is that I can never maintain a good temperature and the meat always comes out tough.

My smoker has a water pan in it so I was wondering. Do you get falling of the bone tenderness from low and slow grilling or moisture? which is it? or is it a combination of both?

I find grilling is better than baking. That's mainly because my oven is broken.

I actually just gave grilling a shot for the first time about a month ago... I've eaten plenty of food off the grill, but that was the first time I tried cooking on it.

Grilling and Baking for different things. It depends on my mood too.

If I'm cooking for just my partner and I, grilling is a good choice.

But if I am having a lot of people over for dinner, then baking saves a lot of energy
