Which Body Part Needs the Most Help?

Ladies: which part of your body do you want to improve most? What plans have you made to achieve your goal? How do you want to change it (lose weight, toning)?

I'm no lady, but as a man, I would like to offer my feedback on the subject, with the hope that a male's viewpoint can carry the same weight. For me, all body parts are essential. I do exercises to train every limb, at the same time, if possible. I make exceptions for the lunges and the pushups, though. There are some specific muscle group exercises you can't avoid doing. I aim to do a minimum of twenty repetitions for all of them. On my best days, I do each one for three minute rounds, using my boxing timer.

But to be more specific... strictly based on the women I have known in my life:

1st - The body's core ("...muscles in and around your torso that help move, support, and stabilize your spine, trunk and pelvis; including those that make up your pelvic floor, mid and lower back, and abdomen..." ).

2nd - Legs

3rd - Shoulders, chest... & neck

4th - Arms

Note: The reason shoulders, chest, neck and arms are listed last is because when exercising the other groups "you" will most likely also (to a point) exercise these groups.

The core is listed 1st (and is "most important" ) because it is the "core" of "your" mobility and stability. It is no good to have strong arms and legs if you have a weak back... etc... etc... etc...

This also applies to men.... and all of the non-gender specific people as well.
