Where is the Manual for this site?

Can we not have a visual manual to tell us what all the 'thingies" are on this sight? I just learned today that a tiny feather thing beside a persons name means they are off line. I have been on here for years and still haven't found out how to change colours and test size in the comments. Where is the manual?? Do I have to just keep stumbling on?

Mousebox, aww. Yea there are a lot of little things around here that are very helpful when you find them out. LIke grasshopper said, i'd just PM a mod and ask for their help.
