Just curious about the trends these days. I'm pretty sure the for the majority it isn't CDs/Records anymore, although I know many people still like something tangible like that. I'm mainly curious to see if the current legal iTunes or subscription models are the best business model or if most people are still illegally downloading.

Last I heard there is no legal repercussion for illegally downloading music, as they just issue a warning.

And, no, I do not.

Both CD's and records as well as a variety of cassettes, 8 tracks and reel to reel.

I haven't spent a dime on music since Spotify came out (excluding satellite radio for the wife).

Before that, CDs or iTunes.

I dont really buy music now. I just get youtube going and make a play list. With a laptop and living in a flat, its easy enough to do in any room.

My car however I have a pretty large collection of CD. all legal as well.
