What is classed as "Spam"???

I'm new to this forum jargon and i was wondering if someone could kindly expain what is defined as Spam?

Also are the moderators on this website against spamming?

yes they are,
spamming is usually used to describe someone trying to sell something, unsolicited advertisment.
sometimes it's mixed in with the term troll.

and yes they are very much against it,
read the tfs terms of service and maybe you'll get along better around tfs
