What is a Chav?

I grew up in Bridgwater, Somerset, commonly accepted (even on Chavscum) as chav central. Urgghhh, it's horrible. I hate going back and wouldn't if it weren't for my sweet, dear, greay haired old mum.

Chav - does all their clothes shopping at the sports shop, but the last thing you will ever see them doing - is sport

Theres a place near where i live called Gosport, and the school from there decided to come over were i live. They started a fight with our school in the village centre, it go bigger and bigger, with flick knives and bb guns, and lots of police came.

chavs are horrible people that wear trackies and get pissed off a glass of cider..or cherry ade!and they go round beating people up and stabbing them for no reason at all.
sid's sister's boyfriend got beaten up really really badly on friday night.and he got mugged

i agree chavs are mean horrible people .....they bullied me cos im diffrent (goth)now they still do but its there problem not mine

They were not called chavs in the past, we believed in calling an arsehole an
arsehole, but you call them chavs if you must......
