Not everybody gets along, or wants to. Part of growing up is accepting that and working around that.

You can't just become physically and verbally abusive because you feel someone doesn't like you. That is completely unacceptable anywhere, but especially so in the workplace.

Also, 13 months isn't a long time. 15 years, and then you starting going a bit downhill would be a long time, IMO, and in that case employers would probably ask or try and work out what was going wrong.

Well, she didn't fire me when I screamed at her in front of customers so idk what to call that lol

I'd call that you being lucky...If I was in charge of you and you screamed at me you would be put in for diciplinary action.

Well i did get suspended 2 weeks bc she has to follow procedure, so that's disciplinary action. I was only saying that that was a firable offense and that I didn't get punished as badly as I shoulda...
