What do companies really give the most s*** about?

What if you did something like become physically violent or cursing ppl out?

i think most bosses will give you the benefit of the doubt when it first happens because people do make mistakes and cursing people out is not that uncommon either.

Well, I could no longer patiently endure Carra not being my friend. I spent those 2 months begging and money bribes.

so if you were harassing another employee for 2 months, that was prob the grounds for dismissal.

I find employers often look for a lot of bling in prospective employees, also a mohawk hairdo, denim dungarees and a bad attitude.

The truth. And it all sank in finally!

Not everybody gets along, or wants to. Part of growing up is accepting that and working around that.

You can't just become physically and verbally abusive because you feel someone doesn't like you. That is completely unacceptable anywhere, but especially so in the workplace.

Also, 13 months isn't a long time. 15 years, and then you starting going a bit downhill would be a long time, IMO, and in that case employers would probably ask or try and work out what was going wrong.
