has anyone tried pole dancing lessons? If so did you enjoy it and did you do it for an extend period of time?

I wanna start doing this next year. I'm joining a gym at the end of summer and gettin ga personal trainer. I don't have much else to do, so may as well get in shape.

healthier as in losing weight or something...? not really necessary, that have all levels of classes..not jump the jumping on the pole

...they start with general aerobics and just stretching techniques...

i mainly started to go b/c of one of my sisters..she's diabetic and was almost 90 lbs overweight...she felt unattractive and her weight was literally killing her. we've been doing this nearly a year (th aeobic part for her) and she's lost almost 50 lbs and has come off of her medication..she's stil not where she wants to be but she's a totally different woman
