Raw turkey products
.. and now I've lost count ...

Every time I have ever eaten raw turkey products I have gotten sick.



Oh wait... I have never been stupid enough to eat raw turkey products.... never mind.

being a butcher for 34 years, it is that surprise that is getting food get recall in alarming records.

most of the problems is made problems like laziness in take the proper steps to safeguard the products. like proper refrigerating the products, lack of it take time leave out the products too long for the products get spoil.

most of this deals with transportation one place to another, how it sit out. get rid of the exact expiration date, when it date said to get rid. not leave it out for a customer to buy it.

most of these of these kind of recalls are basely common sense goes out the window.

It's true. Everyone who eats food dies.

And everyone who doesnt eat food dies

There is no escape...

But,

What about the people who never eat anything?

Since my arrival here in Tennessee I have converted all of my dvd's to soft-copy, scanned all of my 35mil negatives, and performed two full backups of my drives.

I do flash-cards for CompTIA Security+ 501. It's a booger. Until I'm 8570 certified I won't be able to get back to the normal gig. Am in no hurry. There are worse things than being alone.

I read a book of fiction about once every third or fourth year. I've hit a dry spell. I suppose these next few months might be a good time to pick up a novel---just wouldn't know which one to get.
