WHY is everyone acting as though we have never had a democratic president?

I agree. People are acting like fools about this. He is our new President and, yes, he is black (or half black as some point out). I don't see the problem.

The colors of this country are Red, White and Blue...not Black and White!

I have no respect for people that don't like him because of the color of his skin...what the hell does THAT have to do with anything?

I was not really for either candidate but I did like some of what both had to offer. I sure as hell did not like McCain's idea to basically tax my health insurance benefits as income so others could get a $5000 tax credit to buy insurance! (Maybe I didn't fully understand either...but it's a moot point now.)

I have heard some of the most rediculous things since he won from both black and white people...and I just shake my head.

No, I didn't vote for him, but, he is MY President now and he has my FULL support.

In the end, we are all AMERICANS and we should act like it and stop making fools of ourselves. It's embarrassing, really!

i love you!!

He is another Democratic president with hopes, dreams and plans just like every other president.

The only thing that stands in the way of ANY leader is not having support.
