Is it legal to alter the conditions or cancel a loan forbearance, without the customers approval, in the sale of a loan from one financial institution to another?

If so.., how can a forbearance be considered legally binding or honorable document?

Also, if so.., in what manner can they be altered or cancelled?

Imagine using the word honourable to describe to anything a loan company has done. That has to be a first for me.

"are you sure you're in your 40's?"

I feel quite certain that you are, indeed, in your teens.

indeed, i am in my teens. hence why im acting like a teenager.

but for you, a 42 year old to act like a teenager, thats embarrassing.
i would feel pity for you, but i just find it really funny.

so i'll leave you to come up with another one of your masterful responce's.

i leave this topic only having one more thing to say to you,

Let me see if I have this correct. You are assuming my responses are that of a teenager. You then justify a right to be immature because you are a teenager. Then Attempt to convince everyone that you have the maturity to classify the maturity level of someone older than you. And then with your pretense of maturity you show everyone how mature your are by laughing AT someone, rather than choosing something mature to say.

Now I know why society is so hard on teenagers. Because of the complete lack of good judgment they exhibit.

i really should stop replying, but hey im bored.

i think it is fair to rate your responces as of a teenager.
because lets face it your responces in this topic aint been mature.
examples being.

"That sounds like a useless response."
great start, a insulting responce.

"And you sound like a liar."
even better, now you're playing an equivelant of the kid's game "you're stupid"
" no you're stupid"
"nooo you're stupid"

"I feel quite certain that you are, indeed, in your teens."
then back to insulting people

and convincing everyone im mature, hardly as we're the only ones here
in this topic.

and even if i am imature, its blatanly obvious that you aren't mature either.

and laughing at you, what other responce is there to your comments.

judging all teenagers because of me, not a
very a mature thing to do. even though im flattered

This is an example of a mature, and non-insulting response that is on topic. Unlike the the original one that you feel the need to defend mark_is_god.

then why are you ignoring it
instead of reponding to it, you use it as a arguement against me

but when someone light heartly reponds to your post
you insult them.

ah i see you did respond to it, but next time don't respond to a post by by giving your responce in the same quotation, or it'll get confusing
use the quotation button

Thank you angestiu.

As for you mark_is_god.., I don't consider "lol..that sounds like an exam question" helpful. I consider it an insult. It is a direct belittling of the seriousness I have of the subject because I am trying to help a disabled lady save her house from a mortgage company that is pulling unethical tactics to take away what she has work hard many years to build. A place she has risen a family in, and has taken one hell of a beating from disrespectful kids much like yourself.

I did not originate the degradation of the thread, and I won't stand by idly while people walk all over me with juvenile responses in my efforts to help another.

You should go out in the real world an support yourself. Perhaps you will acquire some insight into the meaning of language.
