The Ultimate Cartoon Character Tournament has just begun! In Part 1 of Round 1, we're diving into the radical 1980s! Cartoons that were lighthearted and creative! They were made to sell toys, and the toys were made to sell the shows and vice versa; it's a commercial that goes nonstop! So, who do you guys vote for? Hate to be that guy again, but Beetlejuice should be included in the 90's. While the movie was from the 80's, the cartoon was a product of the 90's.

This one's not even a contest though. f***ing Pingu, man. All the way.
