One is a digital music player, while the other one is a computer system

Snobbish to recognize that the iPod line is by and large the best line of PMPs on the market?

Nothing else really even comes close in the combination of form factor, user friendliness, and capacity.

go to hell withh your relentless logic theyr the same company and judging by the computer system id say the ipod is more useful

they sell because people think they look cool, and are user friendly. But to be honest all mp3 players in my opinion look and feel exactly the same. They all have the same features & look. Zune and the ipod, for example. The range of capacity is pretty much the same, and costs are very close. The only difference is that all the 'cool kids' have ipods, so people prefer them.

I think you've got a point

Personally I just don't get on with Ipods, I don't like the way you have to scroll through the songs, it makes my thumb ache.
