Maybe not bad at all but ?15,000 is f*** all money if you just come out of uni.

?15 000 is f*** all money at all, it's a hell of a lot of debt, and tbh jonnythan it's not just an investment in your own future it has positive externalities for the country as a whole especially doctors, nurses, paramedics, midwifes, teachers etc etc and they're needed over here.

If you don't want to get a loan and be obligated to pay for your own education, then don't go to college and get a job.

Going to college is an investment in your future. If you want the advantages of going to college without the disadvantage of having to pay for it at some point.. then you're just a freeloader looking for a handout.

I think the problem is that the government is putting fees up, people are comming out of uni with a crippling debt as it is and it will get worse.

What's with using "tbh" in every other sentence?

Are you dishonest the rest of the time? Is it some sort of disclaimer that relieves you from liability of your statements?

You do

It seems to be a British thing, and it's on the rise. On this forum and others, I see "TBH" solely from British people and they're using it more and more.

It's totally useless and superfluous. Drives me nuts

One of the most interesting things about that link is that *this* thread is already indexed in Google.
