Top genre you listen to

What is your favorite genre? If you don't have one, then what is the one you listen to most? I am starting to pull towards the techno and trance region right now. I was hooked on rock for a while. Personally, I like to jump around when I listen to music so I am pretty open minded.

How about you?

I listen to folk and indie these days, though I'll always have a soft spot for rock/electro and ambient foreign music (i.e. music in a different language).

That's pretty cool. There are some indie songs that I tend to enjoy from time to time.

Rock.

I'd click on rhythm & blues. . . but I have a feeling you mean that s*** that isn't anything at all to do with R&B, but calls itself that.

R&B is short for Rhythm and Blues. If anything you can say you like the old school R&B not the new, which is full with mostly bulls*** in my opinion.

i like rock more than anything else but i will listen to most things my fave modern band is bullet for my valentine

I'll do just that.

I grew up on alternative rock/modern rock ever since it pretty much started, with groundbreaking SoCal stations KROQ of LA and 91X of SD rising from the ashes of punk in the early 80's (and still going strong).

Two other genres I enjoy (albeit to a lesser extent) are classic jazz and classical, from my grandfather's influence.

I guess right now I am the only person that jumps around on music and doesn't keep a favorite. Oh well.
