Should be fairly spectacular. Look towards the Northeast just after dark and until sunrise. Should see about one per minute.

I tend to be more of a fan of the Leonids. I like their color, which is like golden stardust.

I have never made the effort to view persieds, but I did witness the Leonids of 2009:
