Added section 3.27

You agree not to "Repeatedly and publicly accuse other members of being "sock puppets" or having multiple identities on the forum site without checking with a moderator."

If you have a concern about someone, take it up with a moderator. 9 times out of 10 accusations such as this are FALSE and contribute to a negative atmosphere. Moderators have tools that can typically detect "sock puppet" accounts.

So does this mean I can ask a mod whether so and so is a sock puppet and they can/will tell me if the person in question is or isn't and who they were before?.

Just as a side note, I don't think anyone has ever accused my sock of being a sock. Not to my, or my sock's face anyways.
