Do any of you get really bad cravings for chocolate when you are due to come on or when you're on? Or am i just strange?!

I am sitting here with such a bad craving that I might kill someone soon if I don't get some...

nope, i just eat chocolate all the time. doesnt need to be any time of the month

I used to get a craving to kill someone but now I am on the contraceptive injection so don't have to worry no more

Yes, can fully sympathise with you, as I feel so desperate when get that craving. Someone suggested taking some Zinc, it did help, however you need to be sure it is ok for you to take, as don't want anyone geting sick.

i hate that craving i once devoured an entire german chocolate cake with coconut frosting.
