Thorton was traded to the Sharks on Wednesday. I just found out about this! I've been so busy with school and the next Isles game isn't until Sunday so I haven't really been paying attention.

But woah. This is a huge trade

Well, you could say it does. Isles don't play the Sharks much during the year since they're out west, but we do play the Bruins four times a year. Thorton is a great player. So it kinda helps us somewhat, but not really

Intox must be happy

If he still follows the Sharks.

They're in last place, and now they have this guy to help them along!

Hockey games rock by the way. I've been to a baseball game, basketball game, and hockey game. Out of the three hockey is THE best game to go to. The best game in general but the atmosphere is just entirely different from the others.

The only teams you shouldn't like are the Rangers (duh) and the Maple Leafs. But if the Rangers play the Maple Leafs, then we root for the Leafs.

Unless the Rangers winning will clinch us a playoff spot (I'll explain later if you want how this works) we under no circumstances root for the Rangers. Okay?

You could argue that there's a rivalry between the Devils and Flyers (and even Penguins...) but I don't really mind them. They have a bigger rivalry with the Rangers than they do the Islanders so they're okay.

Did you follow that?
