This is annoying.

I have a professor (FOR AN ONLINE CLASS) who refuses to grade my presentation. She claimed I didn't meet the criteria and have to redo my entire presentation for partial credit. I have to conduct a formal presentation (me presenting the powerpoint, like I'm presenting to a class) for an online class where she's the only one going to look at it.

I did my entire masters program online, but that was how I had to do all my presentations. Most went to the prof with only a couple posted to blackboard.

The ones posted to blackboard were more of a pain in the a** because I had to host on YouTube, where I could send the ppt files to the prof without converting.

Though recording presentations are a needed skill in my field.

I did my Six Sigma-Black Belt project presentation for certification (~18 month full-time program) from my family room over the phone, having e-mailed the powerpoint to about 8 participants from my mentor to the program leaders and VPs/C-somethings.

Questions ranged from project specific to 6sigma concepts ... Yeah, that was fun ....

This was before Webex and Skype were big. Dial-up conference lines were not available to everybody.
