Thinking of starting a business in Texas, but I live in Ca.
Not going to move the family so I need management how do I find someone and can they be trusted?

I really wouldn't start a business in another state if you didn't know what you're doing.

Well I live in San Antonio TX, so what is your question. You can start a business
here, but from a legal point of view, you have to register with the SOS, as a foreign corp.

What kind of business?

It all depends on what kind of business you want to start. That would determine who you would hire. I would at least have some sort of physical encounter with the person you hire and be able to travel to the business on a regular basis to check up on it.
