Yeah, the dude who was supposedly the origin of the fictional Count Dracula character. He was very horrible and cruel in real life, look him up on Wikipedia and you'll see why I hate him so much.

nah i know all about him,
his links to dracula are tenuous at best, he certainly has no connection to anything vampiric.
he was a cruel mad who tortured his enemies in war.
