Hopefully it's not against Will's will

If I was the creator and I had will, I'd be very disappointed in how my social experiment was going, and would probably can it.

Who created the creator?

Who created the creator?

A. The creator is perfect and has always been here... forever... infinitely here... at some point he got bored and created all that is so that all that is would praise him infinitely.... so he would feel good about himself... one might wonder why/how a "perfect" being might become bored (etc)... but then one would be an evil infidel that was doomed to hell.

B. Humans created the creator roughly 10,000 to 100,000 years ago... if one includes Neanderthal in the mix, maybe the creator was created 430,000 years ago. (Thus the "creator" is in our minds and social constructs).

C. There is no creator.

D. There is no "creator" as "we" define "him"... none the less there was the original Trinity... the Great Sky God, the Mother Earth and the Cave Bear... as a "trinity" they have always been and did not need "creating".

E. The Universe is the "creator"... and the Universe is and always has been.

F. All was created in/at the "big bang"... of course that leads back to "what was there before the big bang and what caused the big bang?"

The answer is most likely a combination (merger) of "B", "D" and "E".

Thank you.

The end.

the creator back only 5 or 8 tv channels on his black & white tv. the creator had to look forward a day to almost 12 hours. in early morning, jack lalanne for daily excerises, his game shows, and soap operas. at night, boring black & white tv shows. of course, 5 hours of watching a test pattern on tv.

no wonder, the creator created life. he was too cheap to paid for cable.

I wonder if the creature experiences emotion eg.disappointment? Maybe the the creator and its creation is influenced by emotion.

I suppose my question is does the creator intend?

I take the creator as a given. If there is a creation then there is a creator

Who created the creator?

This is a good question.

One view is that the creator always was, is now and always will be. This is not, as I see it, impossible. But it is a premise that is difficult, for me anyway, to support.

Another view is that the creator had a beginning and will have an end. I am thinking the creator happens. A (the) creator is an aspect of all conscious entities. When consciousness begins the creator begins and when consciousness ends the creator ends.

If that's the case, the creator must be very angry, scared, bored and confrontational right now.

Can't argue with that. But I'll still claim nihilism because it's easier than admitting I'm wrong

Humans create things all the time.
Humans are creators.
Each human has a will (unless there was some sort of serious brain damage).

Other animals also create things (offspring, nests, etc).
Some one-celled animals sort of create their offspring... not sure they have a will.
At least some animals have a will.

The environment creates stuff (by way of natural forces... volcanoes building up mountains and islands, wind & water creating dirt/dust/sand by way of erosion).
The environment is a creator.
I don't think that the environment has a will (though some would argue that it does... Gaia Goddess).

If some scientists are correct, the Big Bang created the universe as we know it.
The Big Bang is a creator.
I don't think that the Big Bang has (or had) a will... unless the Big Bang was "god".

If I am correct, and many would say I am not, the universe has always been "here" in one form or another. Thus the universe was never created. In that case, the "natural" forces of the Universe create things all the time.
The universe is the creator.
I doubt that the universe has a will... unless the universe is just another name for "god".

I thought Will was the creator.

Will is a vague term.

I am using the term WILL as a verb to indicate inclination.

The Will is the part of the mind that makes decisions. (Conscious decisions)

Is the creator conscious?
Does the creator make conscious decisions?
Does the creator have the ability to choose between alternatives?

Proposition: The creator has free will.

Note: sorry it took me so long to respond. I was stuck on MM's post for a while

why would the creator create free will for himself, if he doesn't need it? it for others, not him.
