The Supreme Court overturns Judicial Review

Washington DC-In a stunning move today, the U.S. supreme court overturned Judicial Review in a 9-0 vote, stating that it "violated the very fabric of the constitution". In a statement made today, chief justice John Roberts declared that this 200 year violation had to end and that the court was right do declare it unconstitutional; "Really our founding fathers never intended to give any power to the court but some greedy justices decided that there must be a system of checks and balances". This radical move has upset some groups who charged the Supreme Court with conspiracy to overthrow the Supreme Court and the U.S. political system. Justice Stephen Breyer said that the Supreme Court didn't actually make the decisions; "Usually we just asked an 8 ball for advice and when that didn't work we flipped a coin". The president acclaimed the move as "patriotic" and said that it was "stupid" "self-less" of the justices to strip themselves of all of their power to review legislature.

So they took away their own power? I never thought a politician would do such a thing.

But seriously, can the supreme court actually overturn Judicial Review? Is it constitutional?
