If you think that everything you see is a hallucination, then that suggests you believe you are prone to hallucinations and are accepting that as a reality.
So.... You think you are hallucinating, but is that thought not a hallucination itself? If so, the basis of your psychosis is a hallucination. In my humble opinion, I think your ability to reason should challenge, and through clear minded rationale, overcome what could lead to an inability to deal with potentially life threatening situations in the future.
What you see with your own eyes is what is happening. If your eyes tell your brain that a train is hurtling towards you at 90 MPH, my advice is not to question whether or not the train is really there, but get out of the bloody way.
Failure to do so might lead to a terminally traumatic discovery that it wasn't a hallucination after all.
