The earth is a living planet where many complex systems run perfectly and continuously, without pause. When compared to other planets, it is evident that in all its aspects the earth is specially designed for human life. Built on delicate balances, life prevails in every spot of this planet, from the atmosphere to the depths of the earth.

Exploring only a few of the millions of these delicate balances would be sufficient to show that the world we live in is specially designed for us.

One of the most important balances in our planet is revealed in the atmosphere that surrounds us. The atmosphere of the earth holds the most appropriate gasses in the most appropriate ratio needed for the survival not only of human beings, but also of all the living beings on the earth.

The 77% of nitrogen, 21% of oxygen and 1% of carbon dioxide as well as other gasses readily available in the atmosphere represent the ideal figures necessary for the survival of living beings. Oxygen, a gas that is vital for living beings, helps to burn up food and convert it into energy in our bodies.

If the oxygen quantity in the atmosphere were greater than 21%, the cells in our body would soon start to suffer great damage. The vegetation and hydrocarbon molecules needed for life would also be destroyed. If this quantity were less, then this would cause difficulties in our respiration, and the food we eat would not be converted into energy. Therefore, the 21% of oxygen in the atmosphere is the most ideal quantity determined for life.

No less than oxygen, other gasses like nitrogen and carbon dioxide are also arranged in the ideal quantity for the needs of living beings and the continuity of life. The amount of nitrogen in the atmosphere has the ideal ratio to balance the harmful and burning effects of oxygen. This ratio represents the most appropriate value required for photosynthesis, which is essential for life?s energy supply on the earth. Moreover, the amount of carbon dioxide has the most appropriate value needed to maintain the stability of the surface temperature of the earth and to prevent heat loss especially at night time. This gas, comprising 1% of the atmosphere, covers the earth like a quilt and prevents the loss of heat to space. If this amount were greater, the temperature of the earth would increase excessively, causing climatic instability and posing a serious threat to the living beings.

These proportions remain constant thanks to a perfect system. The vegetation covering the earth converts carbon dioxide to oxygen, producing 190 billion tons of oxygen every day. The proportion of other gasses is always kept constant on the earth by the help of interconnected complex systems. Life is thus sustained.

In addition to the establishment of the ideal gas mixture required for life on earth, the mechanisms needed to preserve and maintain this order are created alongside with it. Any break in the balance, though instantaneous, or any change in the ratios even for a very short time period, would mean the total destruction of life. Yet, this does not happen. The formation of these gasses in the atmosphere just in the amount people need, and the constant preservation of these ratios indicate a planned creation.

At the same time, the earth has the ideal size in terms of magnitude to possess an atmosphere. If the mass of the earth were a little less, then its gravitational force would be insufficient and the atmosphere would be dispersed into space. If its mass were a little greater, then the gravitational force would be too much and the earth would absorb all gasses in the atmosphere. There is an incredibly high number of conditions required for the formation of an atmosphere such as the one our world currently has and all of these conditions should exist altogether to be able to talk of life.

The creation of these delicate proportions and balances in the sky is mentioned in the Quran:

?He erected heaven and established the balance.? (Quran 55:7)

The majority of people spend their lives without being aware of the delicate balances and subtle adjustments in the gas composition of the atmosphere, the distance of the world from the sun or the movements of planets. They are ignorant of the great significance of these balances and adjustments to their own lives. However, even a minor deviation in any one of these arrangements would create very severe problems regarding the existence and survival of humankind.

There are many other balances established on earth for the continuity of life:

For instance, if the surface gravity were stronger than its current value, the atmosphere would retain too much ammonia and methane gasses, which would mean the end of life. If it were weaker, the planet?s atmosphere would lose too much water, and life on earth would be impossible.

The thickness of the earth?s crust constitutes another one of the delicate balances in the earth. If the earth?s crust were thicker, too much oxygen would be transferred from the atmosphere to the crust and this would have severe effects on human life.

If the opposite were true, that is, if the earth?s crust were thinner, volcanic and tectonic activity would be too great to permit life on earth.

Another crucial balance for human life is the ozone level in the atmosphere. If it were greater than its current value, the surface temperatures would be too low. If it were less, surface temperatures would be too high, and there would be too much ultraviolet radiation at the surface.

In fact, the absence of even a single one of these balances would herald the end to life on earth. However, God has created the universe with infinite wisdom and power and designed the earth especially for human life. Despite this fact, the majority of people lead their lives in total ignorance of these events. In the Quran, God reminds people of His:

?(God) makes night merge into day and day merge into night, and He has made the sun and moon subservient, each one running until a specified time. That is God, your Lord. The Kingdom is His. Those you call on besides Him have no power over even the smallest speck.? (Quran 35:13)

It is sufficient to look at millions of dead planets in space in order to understand that the delicate balances required for life on earth is not a result of random coincidences. The conditions essential for life are too complicated to have been formed ?on their own? and at random, and these conditions are specially created for life alone.

These balances we have briefly described so far are only a few of the millions of intricate, interrelated balances and orders established so that people can live in peace and safety on the earth.

Examining only a part of the balances and harmony on the earth is enough to comprehend the superior being of God and grasp the existence of a planned creation in every detail of the universe. It is no doubt impossible for a person or any other living being to build such an enormous balance and order. Nor are the components of this order such as atoms, elements, molecules, and gasses, capable of establishing an order based on such intricate and extremely delicate calculations and measurements, and such fine tunings. This is because activities like planning, ordering, arranging, calculating, and proportioning can only be realized by beings that possess wisdom, knowledge and power. The Exalted Being Who orders, plans and balances the entire universe to be fit for life of human beings on a planet like earth and Who sustains it with dramatically delicate measures and balances is God, Who has Infinite Wisdom, Knowledge and Power.

In the Quran, it is stated that those people who are able to realize these facts are the only ?people with intelligence?:

?Indeed in the creation of the heavens and the earth, and the alternation of night and day, there are Signs for people with intelligence: those who remember God, standing, sitting and lying on their sides, and reflect on the creation of the heavens and the earth: [They say] ?Our Lord, You have not created this for nothing. Glory be to You! So safeguard us from the punishment of the Fire.? (Quran 3:190-191)

I wouldn't say that the Earth runs perfectly and continuously. We have ice ages every 150,000 years or so, we go through seasons of bad weather (e.g. Atlantic hurricane season), we have earthquakes, volcanoes, tornados, hurricanes, typhoons, cyclones etc to contend with and this is only if the weather runs normal. Flooding can cause as much damage to crops as a drought and heatwaves can throw everything off-balance if they last long enough.

In animals many species run through cycles of over-population, out-pacing their food supply, leading to mass starvation. The sun is pretty regularly eclipsed by the moon and vice-versa. The system could use some work to say the least.

I'd say it's the other way around; we've evolved specifically in tune with the planet we exist on.

I'd say it's the other way around; we've evolved specifically in tune with the planet we exist on.

Note: "Proving" God exists is really not our purpose. We are only interested in providing clear statements based on facts and logic and then allow the individual decide for themselves who they would like to believe. There have always been people who believed in the existence of God and there have always been those who have denied in His existence. We must realize there are those who will never believe no matter how much proof or evidence we produce. The reason is some people don't want to believe in a Creator or Sustainer. They would not like to consider one day they will have to answer for their actions and for their refusal to acknowledge their Benefactor to whom they owe their very existence. We come to know it is not so much a matter of us trying to convey our beliefs as it is for them to set aside preconceived prejudices against proper belief. Meaning: this is really a matter of guidance from Above. If they refuse even with evident proofs in front of them, this is not between us and them; it is between them and their Creator. Again, it is not our job to "prove" anything to anyone. We only need to present the facts in truth and allow the listener to make up their own mind.

We just begin with simple logic. When something is right in front of our eyes it is difficult to deny it, right? Asking rhetorical questions can be very helpful in presenting our case. Begin by asking the question; "Can you prove you exist?" Yes, of course you can. You merely use your senses to determine what you can see, hear, feel, smell, taste and you have emotions as well. All of this is a part of your existence. But this is not how we perceive God in Islam. We can look to the things He has created and the way He cares for things and sustains us, to know there is no doubt of His existence.

One approach is to suggest simple yet convincing experiments anyone could comprehend. For instance, say to someone, "Consider this the next time you are looking up at the moon or the stars on a clear night; could you drop a drinking glass on the sidewalk and expect it would hit the ground and on impact it would not shatter, but it would divide up into little small drinking glasses, with iced tea in them? Of course not."

Another example is have them consider what might happen if a tornado came through a junkyard and tore through the old cars; would it leave behind a nice new Mercedes with the engine running and no parts left around? Naturally not.

Or ask someone to consider what it would be like if someone told us about a fast food restaurant operating itself without any people there? The food just cooks itself, files from the kitchen to the table and then when we are done, the dishes jump back the kitchen to wash themselves. This is too crazy for anyone to even think about.

After reflecting on all of the above, how could we look to the universe above us through a telescope or observe the cells in a microscope and then think all of this came about as a result of a "big bang" or some "accident"?

Assuming that the Earth and everything around us was made specifically just for us, well thats just arrogance.
And there is no evidence to support this idea.

NO ,there are a lot of evidences ,these evidences are the miracles in islam,Quran and the prophet Mouhammad's saying, and this fact lead to believe in Allah God and the prophet mohammad.

you must read this example exactly:
first example:
Scientific Miracles in the Prophetic Teachings for a Cure of Anger

Here are some medical recommendations, published in one of the most important medical websites, to cure or avoid anger.

https://www.apahelpcenter.org/articles/article.php?id=30

1- Abdullah Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrated that the Prophet (PBUH) said: "teach, promise, don't preach hardships and if one of you got angry he should stay silent" (Imam Ahmed in his Musnad 1/329, in Saheih Al gaame' 693, in Al tyalessy 2608 and in Al adab Al mofrad 245 by Al Bukhary)

The medical recommendation says:

Take a ?time out?...counting to 10 before reacting

2- Abu Thar Al Ghefarey (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Prophet (PBUH) said : "if one of you got angry while standing he should sit till he calm down, and if he did not, he should lie down" (Musnad of Imam Ahmed 5/152, Saheih Al gaame' 694, Fayd Al Kadeer, Al manawy 408, Abu Dawood 4782 which is corrected by Ibn Hebban 5688)

The medical recommendation says:

Do something physically (meaning change your physical status)

3- A narrative about the Prophet (PBUH) mentions that he said: "Anger comes from the devil, and the devil is created from fire; and water extinguishes fire; so if you got angry you should go for ablution"

The medical recommendation says:

Swim

4- Salman Ibn Sard narrated that two men came to the Prophet (PBUH) one insulting the other with an angry red face then the Prophet (PBUH) said: "There are words I know if he uttered, he would calm down; Allah forbid the devil Dieting "

The medical recommendation says:

Find ways to calm yourself. Repeat a calming word or phrase to yourself such as ?Take it easy!"

5- Abu Hurairah narrated that the Prophet (PBUH) said: " the strong is not the one who defeat the others; it is the one who can control his anger" (Al Bukhary and Muslim)

The medical recommendation says:

Think carefully before you say anything.

The scientific miracles in the Prophetic teachings

The Prophet (PBUH) knows the human nature, he knows how hard it could be to control anger; especially if the reason is about religion or honor or money; so he (PBUH) prescribed his miraculous cure to control the anger and it's motivations, that can result in disasters. Now after fourteen centuries, medicine comes to prove and confirm that all what the Prophet (PBUH) said had its positive reflections upon anger and its negative results. The Prophet's acclamation for those who can control themselves
Abdullah Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) said that the Prophet (PBUH) said: "when you have three traits, Allah will protect you, cover your secrets with His mercy and consider you of the beloveds". They asked: what are they, Prophet of Allah? He said: "thanking Allah for His gifts, forgiving while having the power to revenge and cooling down in anger" (Al Hakem 1/214 with correct reference and Al Baihakie's Al sho'ab 4/154. Dr. Mohamed Abd Al Lateef Al A'groody Pharmacist and a searcher of the scientific miracles in Qur'an and Sunnah.

second example:

The Miraculous Saying of Allah's Messenger (mouhammad)(PBUH): The drop of semen after forty two nights

and the photos in:

https://www.rasoulallah.net/subject_en.asp?lang=ar&parent_id=712&sub_id=8531

In what follows we shall review in pictures the development that the embryo undergoes when it passes 42 days in the womb and how the noble Hadith conforms to the scientific facts.

The sceptics had objected time and time again to the hadith of Allah's Messenger (PBUH) saying: "If a drop of semen spent in the womb forty two nights, Allah (the Almighty) sends an angel to it who depicts it and creates its ears, eyes, skin, flesh and bones." (Narrated by Muslim). They said that this hadith does not conform to modern science nor to the phases of the fetus development.

Science is really developing and revealing new facts and if we examine the recent researches in embryology and study the phase that Allah's Messenger (PBUH) had mentioned, when the embryo is 42 days old, what do we find? Why did the Messenger specify such age, 42 days, and what does it mean as regards the development of the fetus in his mother's womb? In what follows we exhibit a number of photos along with their explanation to show you how the embryo develops especially during the fifth, sixth and seventh week. Later we will get back to discover the perfect matching between the Prophet's hadith and the sayings of the contemporary scientists.

Photo 1

These are the stages by which the embryo passes starting by being a drop of semen all the way up until the end of the sixth week (42 days). We notice that the fetus does not take its human form except when it has completed 42 nights in the womb, such fact was confirmed by Allah's Messenger (PBUH) in the noble hadith. Take a note here of the shape of the drop of semen which does not resemble man, then it changes to a clot of blood which does not inspire any human shape, then it changes to a lump of flesh which again does not resemble man and when it is 42 days old the human shape appears clearly and it goes on until the end of pregnancy. Subhan Allah (glorified be Allah).

Photo 2

A real photo of a fetus five weeks old, in which we find no features of a human being. Scientists say that most of the animals take this form at such age, thus the embryo did not yet take its human form and we can see no ears, eyes, skin or bones.

Photo 3

A real photo for a 47 days old embryo, we notice that it has taken the human form and it is obvious that the ears, eyes and skin were being formed. All such features started to form by the end of the sixth week and they became obvious completely by the seventh week. The heart of the embryo starts beating clearly the sixth week.

To listen to the embryo's heart beat, click here

Photo 4

A photo comparing between a 5 week old embryo and another which is 8 weeks. Notice how the features, volume and shape have changed and how the humane form of the fetus became clear. Scientists say that as of the end of the sixth week, which is when the embryo is 42 days old; it starts to differentiate between the different voices and reacts to them. Scientists confirm that the age 42 days and what follows is a definitive border between the stage where the fetus is un-characteristic and that stage where that fetus takes its human form. That's why we find it mentioned on one of the sites that takes interest in the development of the fetus saying: - quoted word for word-

" During the sixth week after fertilization the unborn child can respond to local tactile stimulation by reflex movements. At the end of the sixth week, the unborn child is clearly recognizable as a human being by gross morphological observation. "

During the sixth week after fertilization the embryo starts responding to the outer effects by means of the reflexive movements. By the end of the sixth week we can easily, through observation, mark the embryo in the form of a human being. On another website we read their statement:

"The brainwaves have been noted at 43 days. Dr. Stiff has noted that electroencephalographic waves have been obtained in forty-three to forty-five day old fetuses, and so conscious experience is possible after this date".

Meaning, that the encephalic waves start when the fetus is 43 days old. Dr. Stiff noticed that the waves emitted from the brain can be measured at the age from 43-45 days, and in the same way the voluntary expressions can be observed after that age.

Photo 5

A photo of a six weeks old embryo, such age at which the fetus takes its human form and its brain starts emitting waves that can be measured by means of special apparatus. This is an indication that the brain cells had started their activity and this might also mean that his spirit had entered the body, Allah (the Almighty) knows best. Observe how the eyes are beginning to formulate. Scientists assure that the eyes opening starts to formulate at the age of six weeks and this goes in perfect harmony with Allah's Messenger (PBUH) saying "he gives it its shape and creates its hearing and seeing."

The eyes appear clearly at the 42nd day according to Keith Moore, the famous embryologist, who says: "the eye is obvious, about day 42 after fertilization "(Moore, p99).

After that 42 days have been fully completed the eyes and ears start developing rapidly:

" The eyes are developing rapidly, the ears are developing rapidly, 7th week after conception (Rugh, p 52). https://www.sfuhl.org/k_appendix_1_sixth_week.htm.

The ears and eyes develop rapidly during the seventh week (after the drop of semen had passed 42 days in the womb). This means that the fetus takes its human form by the end of the sixth week, such fact is stated accurately & clearly in the Prophetic hadith:" If a drop of semen remained in the womb for forty two nights Allah (the Almighty) sends an angel to it who depicts it and creates its ears, eyes, skin, flesh and bones."

Photo 6

Let us study these two photos: one of them is when the fetus is 41 days old and until this moment we can't distinguish its human form but after the 42nd day, which is the second photo, his human form is seen clearly. That's why in the left photo we observe the features of a human embryo with apparent ears and eyes and also the feet, hands and fingers, glorified be Allah (the Almighty). After witnessing a horrific number of abortions in the non Islamic countries, there are many campaigns against such abortions today. Scientists and researchers are embarking on a study to designate the age after which abortion is to be prohibited. They found out that the brain of fetus at the end of sixth and the beginning of the seventh week (meaning when the fetus is 42 days old), starts emitting waves which proves the start of life, so they suggest that the embryo cannot be killed after that age.

Here I recollect with you the instance in which some of our legists had made use of such hadith of our greatest Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and deduced that it is impermissible to abort a child who is 42 nights old, Even though an abortion can be performed before this age if there was a medical necessity that calls for that.

This is such a wonderful prophetic hint that the spirit is instilled in the embryo at this specific age. At such age (42 days) waves released from the brain were measured and also heart beats were recorded, all of this suggests that there is a relation between the spirit and the operation of the brain and heart. Allah (the Almighty) knows best.

Photo 7

A fetus in real size of 42 days old of age which has started to take its human form, observe here how small it is, even though he is considered a fully developed human being as far as the shape is concerned. Thus some scientists say that abortion is impermissible of that fetus because it is considered a full human being.

Photo 8

A fetus training itself to suck its finger for the preparation of getting out to the world and starting to suck its mother's breast, so all praise is due to Allah who had taught this child that which it does not know, who said: " And Allah brought you out of your mothers' bellies not knowing anything, and He has made for you hearing and be holdings (i.e. eyesight) and heart-sights, (i.e., perception "s" ) that possibly you would thank (Him)."

The question is what does all that mean?

It means that there are radical changes that occur immediately after the fetus is 42 days old. On the 43rd day the brain starts emitting waves and the embryo begins reacting with its surrounding environment and starts feeling. It means that the spirit had started its activity in the body of the embryo. It also means that the greatest Prophet (PBUH) had preceded the western scientists in telling us about such a specific issue which no man could have ever predicted fourteen centuries ago. This means that no one can provide such data about this stage unless he is a specialized doctor who had all the necessary equipment. Was Allah's Messenger (PBUH) a doctor who had such devices? Here we have to stop again and ask those sceptics: how did the greatest Prophet (PBUH) know that exactly after 42 days the drop of semen will turn into a human being who has ears, eyes, skin and bones??!

third example:
The Prohibition of Carrion, Blood, the Flesh of Swine, and that which has been Acclaimed to Other than Allah:

Allah says in the Qur?an what can be translated as:

?He has forbidden you only Al-Maitah (meat of a dead animal), blood, the flesh of swine, and any animal which is slaughtered as a sacrifice for others than Allah (or has been slaughtered for idols or on which Allah's Name has not been mentioned while slaughtering). But if one is forced by necessity, without wilful disobedience, and not transgressing ? then, Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.?
(Surat An-Nahl (The Bees):115).

This ayah (verse) is found in the beginning of the last tenth of Surat An-Nahl, which is a Makkan surah with 128 ayat. It is named Surat An-Nahl (Bees) because it embraces an ayah in which Allah SWT describes that He has gifted the female bee with the ability to gather nectar from the flowers, digest it, and make from it the sweet syrup we call honey. That syrup is described as coming from the bee?s belly as a drink of different colors, wherein is a cure for mankind.

The theme of this surah revolves around two ideas: Islamic creed, and the importance of good manners. These are two pillars of the great religion that Allah SWT revealed in stages on His Prophets and Messengers, until He completed the religion with the final revelation that came with the seal of all Prophets and Messengers, Prophet Muhammad son of Abdullah SAWS. In the surah?s discussion of Islamic creed, the reader is called to reflect upon many of Allah?s Signs, Creations and Miracles in the universe presented in a strong scientific manner that exhibits both comprehensiveness and parsimony. One such example is in the verse number 115 of the surah.

Scientific Miracles in Ayah 115 of Surat An-Nahl

1. The Prohibition of Carrion

The death of an animal before its slaughter could be due to its infliction with a certain disease or virus. It could also be due to old age. In truth, these two reasons are sufficient to prohibit this type of meat. In addition, when an animal is dead without being properly slaughtered allowing its blood to drain from the body, then the blood will instead become trapped in the body. This is a serious problem because blood carries body wastes including carbon dioxide, urea, uric acid, microorganisms, parasites, and the products of food assimilation and metabolism that are transported via the veins and arteries and their tributaries in the animals body. Most of these substances have a potential to rot and decay if trapped in the body, especially if the body has been left for a period long enough to allow the start of its decay. From this additional reason we see further wisdom and logic behind the divine prohibition of carrion.

2. The Prohibition of Blood

Blood is this dark red liquid which consists of a mixture of different cells. The red blood cells form 45% of the blood volume (4 to 6 million per mm3) which contain high concentrations of hemoglobin that is responsible for carrying and delivering oxygen to the body?s cells. Blood also contains white blood cells which defend the body against invasion by microorganisms and parasites that inflict diseases. The blood also contains platelets that form a platelet plug at the site of a wound or hemorrhage in order to allow the blood to clot. These latter two types of cells each constitute less than 1% of the blood volume. The rest of the blood, 54%, consists of plasma. Plasma is mostly water, and about 7% proteins (such as albumin, globulin, antibodies, carrier proteins, fat, vitamins, hormones, and sodium, calcium, potassium, iron, nickel, chlorine, and bicarbonate ions). Blood also carries toxic nitrogenous wastes produced by the cells, such as ammonia, urea, and uric acid, to be excreted by the kidney as urine. This is in addition to the various free and dissolved gases in the blood?s plasma, and the live or dead viruses, bacteria, and parasites, as well as broken blood cells. The heart pumps blood carrying beneficial substances such as oxygen and nutrients to the body cells.

All this reveals that blood can transmit serious diseases such as the acquired immunodeficiency syndrome or HIV, which is still considered an untreatable and fatal disease.

Furthermore, there is the lymph which flows in the tributaries of the lymphatic ducts that eventually merge with the large blood vessels near the heart. These lymphatic vessels absorb the proteins that escape from the blood vessels and those in the intercellular tissues and matrix and return them to the blood stream at the right time, thus maintaining the chemical homeostasis that is vital for any living creature. This is one of the most important roles of the lymphatic system. The lymph itself is comprised of plasma, and some of the substances dissolved in it, as well as white blood cells and lymphocytes. Lymphocytes are considered one of the body?s key defense players against disease. In addition, there are also the lymph nodes, which are masses of lymphoid tissue located along the lymphatic vessels or existing independently such as the tonsils, the pharyngeal lymph nodes, the gastrointestinal lymph nodes, the thymus gland, and the spleen. The primary role of the lymphatic glands is to defend the body since they possess such a large number of lymphocytes. These glands work as filters to the gases and liquids that enter the body by selecting the impurities such as dust, viruses, bacteria, etc and storing them in the gland until antibodies are secreted to destroy them.

Among the roles of blood in the liver, is the extraction of the amino group, NH2, released from the amino acids. This process results in nitrogenous wastes, such as the ones discussed above, which the blood takes and carries to the kidneys for excretion. Thus, the excretory system, which includes the kidneys, together with the blood, help achieve the chemical balance of the body by excreting the waste products of metabolism.

As can be seen from the description above, the blood that is drained during the proper slaughter of an animal contains many bodily wastes, besides some of the dangerous substances it is already composed of. If these substances and wastes were to stay trapped in the animal?s body, they would clot with the blood that was on its way to the excretory organs. After clotting, they would begin to rot and decay, which would result in yet another set of complicated poisons and harmful chemical products. In addition to the bodily wastes contained in blood, we also mentioned that blood carries some viruses, bacteria, and parasites. Thus, we see the divine wisdom and logic behind the prohibition of blood. However, we note that eating the liver or spleen of an animal that has been slaughtered according to Islamic traditions is allowed in Islam. This is based on the hadith of Prophet Muhammad (SAWS), ?We have been granted permission to eat two carrions and two bloods: the two carrions are fish and locusts, the two bloods are liver and spleen? (Narrated by Ahmed, ibn Majjeh, Baihaqi by way of Ibn Omar from the prophet SAWS)

3. The Prohibition of the Flesh of Swine

The Qur'an describes the swine as a abomination in more than one location (Surat Al-Baqara (The cow): 173 " He has forbidden you only the Maitah (dead animals), and blood, and the flesh of swine, and that which is slaughtered as a sacrifice for others than All?h (or has been slaughtered for idols, on which All?h?s Name has not been mentioned while slaughtering). But if one is forced by necessity without wilful disobedience nor transgressing due limits, then there is no sin on him. Truly, All?h is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.",
Al-Ma'idah (The Table spread with Food):3 " Forbidden to you (for food) are: Al-Maitah (the dead animals - cattle - beast not slaughtered), blood, the flesh of swine, and that on which All?h?s Name has not been mentioned while slaughtering, (that which has been slaughtered as a sacrifice for others than All?h, or has been slaughtered for idols) and that which has been killed by strangling, or by a violent blow, or by a headlong fall, or by the goring of horns - and that which has been (partly) eaten by a wild animal - unless you are able to slaughter it (before its death) - and that which is sacrificed (slaughtered) on An-Nusub [1] (stone-altars). (Forbidden) also is to use arrows seeking luck or decision; (all) that is Fisqun (disobedience of All?h and sin). This day, those who disbelieved have given up all hope of your religion; so fear them not, but fear Me. This day, I have perfected your religion for you, completed My Favour upon you, and have chosen for you Isl?m as your religion. But as for him who is forced by severe hunger, with no inclination to sin (such can eat these above mentioned meats), then surely, All?h is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.",

Al-An'am (The Cattale):145 " Say (O Muhammad Pbuh): "I find not in that which has been revealed to me anything forbidden to be eaten by one who wishes to eat it, unless it be Maitah (a dead animal) or blood poured forth (by slaughtering or the like), or the flesh of swine (pork); for that surely is impure or impious (unlawful) meat (of an animal) which is slaughtered as a sacrifice for others than All?h (or has been slaughtered for idols, or on which All?h?s Name has not been mentioned while slaughtering). But whosoever is forced by necessity without wilful disobedience, nor transgressing due limits; (for him) certainly, your Lord is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful."

An-Nahl (The Bees): 115 " He has forbidden you only Al-Maitah (meat of a dead animal), blood, the flesh of swine, and any animal which is slaughtered as a sacrifice for others than All?h (or has been slaughtered for idols or on which All?h?s Name has not been mentioned while slaughtering). But if one is forced by necessity, without wilful disobedience, and not transgressing, - then, All?h is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful."

In fact, the word used by Allah in the Qur'an to describe the swine is a very strong word that embodies such meanings as filthiness, ugliness, dirtiness, and sin. It is such a strong description to describe the swine because of its lazy, greedy, and filthy habits. Swine feeds on almost anything whether it is plants, animals, garbage, rotten meat, and even its own waste and the waste of other animals. This filthy diet is one of the reasons why the swine is responsible for transporting a number of serious diseases to man.

The swine is a placental mammal with split hooves that carry an even number of toes (four in the case of the swine) and are therefore known as the toed ungulates or even artiodactyla. Toed ungulates existed on earth 50 million years ago from the beginning of the modern life era (early Eocene Epoch) until today. However, the swine is different from the rest of the animals in this group because of its filthy diet and the fact that it is non ruminating‏. The swine, like all other mammals, gives birth to babies. It is ugly in appearance, and appears like a large mass with small legs. Its body is stout and covered by thick skin and coarse bristles. It has long snouts and strong canines.

Swine include domestic and wild types all belonging to the families Suidae and Tayassuidae. The male swine is called a boar, while the female is called a sow. The adult swine is known as hog, or ?haloof? in Arabic, a term used to describe all filth, evil, and selfishness. In English, the word swine is used to refer to all types of pigs, male or female, domestic or wild, young or adult. It is also used to refer to people who are evil at heart, greedy in charity, and filthy in appearance, or to describe a woman who is mean, of evil character, and who has no morality or virtues. Swine have been domesticated 11,000 years ago, and today more than 400 breeds are known.

Due to the swine?s clear filthiness, and its habit to eat anything, it is thus very susceptible to disease, such as swine erysipelas (which is caused by certain bacteria which can be transmitted to humans), swine fever also known as hog cholera (caused by a virus found in dead, rotten bodies), swine vesicular disease which is similar to the well-known foot and mouth disease (which can be caused by a virus found in dead, rotten bodies or garbage, and which can be transmitted to humans if they eat swine meat or grease), among others. This is in addition to various bacteria, viruses, parasites, and germs, that exist in swine flesh and cause infectious diseases in humans, and a number of carcinogenic agents, many of which pose a deadly threat to the human body. Among the most dangerous causes of disease in swine are the following:

a) Trichina Worms, which are a type of Nematoda (also known as round worms). An example of a Trichina worm is the Trichinella spiralis, which is among one of the most harmful parasites known to man. Trichinella spiralis causes rheumatic pains, inflammation and swelling of the muscles and later fibrosis ? a condition known as Trichinellosis. Trichinosis occurs when the larvae spread to the muscles in the body. The end result could mean a permanent handicap and lack of ability to move, and then death due to spread of infection to the brain, the spinal cord, and the meninges. It is of utmost importance to note that the consumption of swine meat is the main, if not the sole, source of this serious disease in humans.

b) The Taenia Solium, also known as the pork tape worm is the cause of a number of health conditions in humans, such as anemia, disturbances in the digestive system, colics, diarrhea, vomiting, severe depression, psychosis, and in severe cases it even causes epileptic fits and seizures. The most dangerous fact about this worm is that its larvae reach the blood stream and spread to vital organs such as the brain, heart, liver, lungs, or spinal cord. There, a larva becomes encysted and grows, thus causing pressure on the organ. This eventually leads to death of the patient after a prolonged period of suffering.

c) Round worms such as the Ascaris, hook worms, and Schistosoma japonicum. The latter causes severe hemorrhage which then leads to anemia. If it reaches the brain or spinal cord, it causes complete paralysis followed by death. Some of the bacteria found in garbage and rotten animal meat that the swine feeds on is the cause of diseases such as Brucellosis, Erysipelas, and foot gangrene. These are just a few examples of the long list of worms, germs, and bacteria that cause fatal diseases including laryngitis, tuberculosis,‏ cholera, typhoid, pulmonary hemorrhage, and hepatomegaly (liver enlargement).

d) Balantidium coli causes balantidiasis presenting mainly as bloody diarrhea, tenesmus and abdominal cramps (dysentery). Infection with Balantidium coli can only come from the consumption of swine or the involvement in raising, slaughtering, or skin-stripping this animal.

e) Flat worms which cause diseases in the intestines, the stomach, the lungs, or the liver. The swine can spread these worms in the environment and to those who eat its meat.

In addition to this list of worms that can cause diseases in humans, swine meat is also difficult to digest because it has high concentrations of fat compared to other animal meat. Moreover, swine fat is more saturated than any other animal fat, which is one of the reasons why it can cause gallbladder stones, biliary obstruction, arteriosclerosis and heart and circulatory system disease. This highly saturated swine fat can not be easily transformed into fat emulsion by the pancreatic juice and thus it is difficult to be absorbed. Thus, the fat is forced to storage in its original form, as is, with all the harmful substances it contains. It is important to note that most Muslim scholars consider the term lahm al-khenzeer (the flesh of swine) used in the ayah as inclusive of swine meat and fat.

Moreover, swine meat rots faster than any other meat. It also has a stinky smell. The strange thing is that Satan not only succeeded in convincing non- Muslims to eat the prohibited swine meat with all its harmful contents, but also he went so far as to convince them to eat its blood and fat in the form of black sausages. Black sausages are the swine?s intestines filled with its blood and fat, and because the sausages contain blood, therefore combines more than one prohibited food.

4. The Prohibition of that which has been acclaimed to Other than Allah

In the Jahiliyya (the pre-Islamic period), when the polytheists wanted to slaughter as an immolation to their idols, they would cry out loud the idol?s name at the time of slaughter. This is called Ihlal in Arabic and means acclaim. This word was originally used to describe the cry given on first seeing the Helal (crescent), and then was absolutely used for any cry given at surprise. Thereafter, the word Ihlal was used to describe any immolation whether or not the name of the idol was mentioned, and was cried out loud or whispered. It was even extended to include any slaughter whether or not for the sake of immolation. Allah SWT says in the Qur?an what can be translated as "?and any animal which is slaughtered as a sacrifice for others than All?h?" (Surat An-Nahl (The Bees):115). This ayah of Surat An-Nahl is thus referring to the prohibition of that which has been acclaimed i.e. slaughtered to other than Allah. In fact, Allah SWT repeatedly mentions, in various other ayahs of the Qur?an, the importance of saying His name at every slaughter. The following are translations of some:

- ??but pronounce the Name of All?h over it, and fear All?h. Verily, All?h is Swift in reckoning."? (Surat Al-M?idah (The Table):4).
- ?So eat of that (meat) on which Allah's Name has been pronounced (while slaughtering the animal), if you are believers in His Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.). And why should you not eat of that (meat) on which Allah's Name has been pronounced (at the time of slaughtering the animal), while He has explained to you in detail what is forbidden to you, except under compulsion of necessity?...? (Surat Al-An'?m (The Cattle):118-119).
- ?And the Budn (cows, oxen, or camels driven to be offered as sacrifices by the pilgrims at the sanctuary of Makkah), We have made them for you as among the Symbols of Allah; wherein you have much good. So mention the Name of Allah over them when they are drawn up in lines (for sacrifice).? (Surat Al-Hajj (The Pilgrimage):36).

In a research project coordinated at several universities in Syria, twenty prominent physicians, vets, pharmacists and scientists found that saying Bismillah Allahu Akbar (in the Name of Allah, Allah is the Greatest) at the slaughter of an animal sterilizes and disinfects the animal?s body contrary to cases where Allah?s Name is not mentioned at the time of slaughter. Dr. Khaled Halawa, the spokesman for this group of researchers, explains that several repeated experiments over a research period of three years showed that the tissues of the animals that did not have Allah?s Name mentioned at their slaughter were congested with blood, and were colonized with some types of bacteria as streptococci, E. coli, and others. On the other hand, the meat of the animal that had been slaughtered with the mention of Bismillah Allah Akbar was pure and clean, and completely drained of all blood and germs.

Dr. Foad Ne?ma, professor of veterinary at the University of Damascus, sheds light on this phenomenon by explaining that the animal that is slaughtered after the deceleration of Bismillah Allahu Akbar, goes through a series of strong trembles, which is what, causes the blood to drain so well. Miraculously, this strong tremble is not exhibited in animals that are slaughtered without the mention of Allah?s Name. Thus, although allowing the blood to drain in the process of a good slaughter rids the animal of most of its blood with all its harmful substances, it does not rid it of all of it. Dr. Nabil Al-Shereef, ex-dean of the faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences at the University of Damascus, explains in detail the systematized approach the researchers used in their study before reaching these astonishing results.

Based on this brief discussion, we see the clear wisdom and logic behind the prohibition of carrion, blood, swine flesh, and that which has been acclaimed to other than Allah. The facts presented are so miraculous that if this was the only scientific miracle in the Qur?an, then it would have been enough evidence that this book contains the words of Allah (SWT), the Creator, revealed to Prophet Muhammad SAWS the seal of His Prophets and Messengers. This is another sign that it is He SWT who preserved His Book in the original Arabic language it was revealed in - word for word, letter for letter - for the past fourteen centuries and more, and that it is He SWT who will continue to preserve the Qur?an until Allah SWT inherits the earth and all that is living on it to the end of all time. This ayah of Surat An-Nahl (The Bees) is evidence that these words could not be the words of Prophet Muhammad SAWS, but are in fact a divine revelation from Allah SWT. Prayers and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad SAWS, his kin and companions and all who follow his right way and call with his invocation until the day of judgment.

forth example:
The Prophet would never Deceive himself!?

Had the Holy Quran not been revealed by Allah (SWT) and had it been authored by Allah?s Messenger (PBUH), would he (PBUH) deceive himself? Would he jeopardize his life?

I will narrate this incident and you judge for yourself.

Allah (SWT) said in the Holy Quran ?O you Messenger, proclaim whatever has been sent down to you from your Lord; and in case you do not perform (that), then in no way have you proclaimed His Message; and Allah safeguards you from mankind. Surely Allah does not guide the disbelieving people.? This is one of the verses of the Holy Quran that was sent down to Allah?s Messenger (PBUH).

Narrating the circumstances in which such verse was revealed, our Mother Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) said:

The Prophet was vigilant one night and when he reached Medina , he said, "Would that a pious man from my companions guard me tonight!" Suddenly we heard the clatter of arms. He said, "Who is that?" They (The new comers) replied, "We are Sad and Hothaifa and we have come to guard you." So, the Prophet slept (that night). Then this verse came down, so Allah?s Messenger (PBUH) looked out of the house and said: ?O people, leave now for Allah (SWT) had prevented me?. Narrated by Al Qurtubi.

A Belgium scholar had been studying the biography of Allah?s Messenger (PBUH) until she reached this point, where she stopped and said: ?If that man was deceiving all the people he wouldn?t deceive himself and had he not been sure that Allah (SWT) is protecting him he wouldn?t have done so (dismissing the guards) such experiment which proves his trust in his Creator. Hence I say with utmost belief: There?s no God But Allah and Muhammad is his Messenger.

The biography of Allah?s Messenger (PBUH) has lots of evidences and miracles that prove that what he came with is sent down from Allah (SWT).

What should you do now?

Reading the biography of Allah?s Messenger (PBUH) (that was written 1400 years ago), hearing his hadiths and following his deeds.

Comparing the ideas that he calls for with the logic that the sound mind accepts.

Having accepted his logic, observe his deeds and note if there is any discrepancy between both his words and deeds.

If there was no discrepancy, then all you have to do is to believe him.

fifth example:
In the Holy Quran, God speaks about the stages of man?s embryonic development:

We created man from an extract of clay. Then We made him as a drop in a place of settlement, firmly fixed. Then We made the drop into an alaqah (leech, suspended thing, and blood clot), then We made the alaqah into a mudghah (chewed substance)... 1 (Quran, 23:12-14)

Literally, the Arabic word alaqah has three meanings: (1) leech, (2) suspended thing, and (3) blood clot.

In comparing a leech to an embryo in the alaqah stage, we find similarity between the two2 as we can see in figure 1. Also, the embryo at this stage obtains nourishment from the blood of the mother, similar to the leech, which feeds on the blood of others.3

Figure1 in this link:
https://www.islam-guide.com/frm-ch1-1-a.htm
Figure 1: Drawings illustrating the similarities in appearance between a leech and a human embryo at the alaqah stage. (Leech drawing from Human Development as Described in the Quran and Sunnah, Moore and others, p. 37, modified from Integrated Principles of Zoology, Hickman and others. Embryo drawing from The Developing Human, Moore and Persaud, 5th ed., p. 73.)

The second meaning of the word alaqah is ?suspended thing.? This is what we can see in figures 2 and 3, the suspension of the embryo, during the alaqah stage, in the womb of the mother.
Figure 2 in this link:
https://www.islam-guide.com/frm-ch1-1-a.htm
Figure 2: We can see in this diagram the suspension of an embryo during the alaqah stage in the womb (uterus) of the mother. (The Developing Human, Moore and Persaud, 5th ed., p. 66.) (Click on the image to enlarge it.)

Figure3 in this link:
https://www.islam-guide.com/frm-ch1-1-a.htm

Figure 3: In this photomicrograph, we can see the suspension of an embryo (marked B) during the alaqah stage (about 15 days old) in the womb of the mother. The actual size of the embryo is about 0.6 mm. (The Developing Human, Moore, 3rd ed., p. 66, from Histology, Leeson and Leeson.)

The third meaning of the word alaqah is ?blood clot.? We find that the external appearance of the embryo and its sacs during the alaqah stage is similar to that of a blood clot. This is due to the presence of relatively large amounts of blood present in the embryo during this stage4 (see figure 4). Also during this stage, the blood in the embryo does not circulate until the end of the third week.5 Thus, the embryo at this stage is like a clot of blood.

Figure 4 in this link:
https://www.islam-guide.com/frm-ch1-1-a.htm

Figure 4: Diagram of the primitive cardiovascular system in an embryo during the alaqah stage. The external appearance of the embryo and its sacs is similar to that of a blood clot, due to the presence of relatively large amounts of blood present in the embryo. (The Developing Human, Moore, 5th ed., p. 65.) (Click on the image to enlarge it.)

So the three meanings of the word alaqah correspond accurately to the descriptions of the embryo at the alaqah stage.

The next stage mentioned in the verse is the mudghah stage. The Arabic word mudghah means ?chewed substance.? If one were to take a piece of gum and chew it in his or her mouth and then compare it with an embryo at the mudghah stage, we would conclude that the embryo at the mudghah stage acquires the appearance of a chewed substance. This is because of the somites at the back of the embryo that ?somewhat resemble teethmarks in a chewed substance.?6 (see figures 5 and 6).

The embryo at this stage acquires the appearance of a chewed substance, because the somites at the back of the embryo somewhat resemble teeth marks in a chewed substance. How could Muhammad have possibly known all this 1400 years ago, when scientists have only recently discovered this using advanced equipment and powerful microscopes which did not exist at that time? Hamm and Leeuwenhoek were the first scientists to observe human sperm cells (spermatozoa) using an improved microscope in 1677 (more than 1000 years after Muhammad ). They mistakenly thought that the sperm cell contained a miniature preformed human being that grew when it was deposited in the female genital tract.7

Professor Emeritus Keith L. Moore8 is one of the world?s most prominent scientists in the fields of anatomy and embryology and is the author of the book entitled The Developing Human, which has been translated into eight languages. This book is a scientific reference work and was chosen by a special committee in the United States as the best book authored by one person. Dr. Keith Moore is Professor Emeritus of Anatomy and Cell Biology at the University of Toronto, Toronto, Canada. There, he was Associate Dean of Basic Sciences at the Faculty of Medicine and for 8 years was the Chairman of the Department of Anatomy. In 1984, he received the most distinguished award presented in the field of anatomy in Canada, the J.C.B. Grant Award from the Canadian Association of Anatomists. He has directed many international associations, such as the Canadian and American Association of Anatomists and the Council of the Union of Biological Sciences.

In 1981, during the Seventh Medical Conference in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, Professor Moore said: ?It has been a great pleasure for me to help clarify statements in the Quran about human development. It is clear to me that these statements must have come to Muhammad from God, because almost all of this knowledge was not discovered until many centuries later. This proves to me that Muhammad must have been a messenger of God.?9 (To view the RealPlayer video of this comment click here ).

Consequently, Professor Moore was asked the following question: ?Does this mean that you believe that the Quran is the word of God?? He replied: ?I find no difficulty in accepting this.?10

During one conference, Professor Moore stated: ?....Because the staging of human embryos is complex, owing to the continuous process of change during development, it is proposed that a new system of classification could be developed using the terms mentioned in the Quran and Sunnah (what Muhammad said, did, or approved of). The proposed system is simple, comprehensive, and conforms with present embryological knowledge. The intensive studies of the Quran and hadeeth (reliably transmitted reports by the Prophet Muhammad?s companions of what he said, did, or approved of) in the last four years have revealed a system for classifying human embryos that is amazing since it was recorded in the seventh century A.D. Although Aristotle, the founder of the science of embryology, realized that chick embryos developed in stages from his studies of hen?s eggs in the fourth century B.C., he did not give any details about these stages. As far as it is known from the history of embryology, little was known about the staging and classification of human embryos until the twentieth century. For this reason, the descriptions of the human embryo in the Quran cannot be based on scientific knowledge in the seventh century. The only reasonable conclusion is: these descriptions were revealed to Muhammad from God. He could not have known such details because he was an illiterate man with absolutely no scientific training.?11 (View the RealPlayer video of this comment ).

sixth example:

the seven Earths

The Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad is the second revealed source of Islam. Like the Quran, it contains scientific information unavailable 1400 years ago. From these miracles is the ?seven? earths, mentioned by the Prophet in several of his sayings. From them are the following two:

Hadith 1
It was narrated on the authority of Abu Salamah that a dispute arose between him and some other people (about a piece of land). When he told Aisha (the Prophet?s wife) about it, she said, ?O Abu Salamah! Avoid taking the land unjustly, for the Prophet said:

?Whoever usurps even one span of land of somebody, its depth through the seven earths will be collared to his neck.? (Saheeh Al-Bukhari, ?Book of Oppression.?)

Hadith 2
Salim narrated on the authority of his father that the Prophet said:

?Whoever takes a piece of land of others unjustly, he will sink down the seven earths on the Day of Resurrection.? (Saheeh Al-Bukhari, ?Book of Oppression.?)

The aforementioned hadith prohibits oppression in general, especially the taking of a piece of land belonging to others unjustly. What might the seven earths refer to?

Studies in geology have proven that the earth is composed of seven zones, identified from the inner to the outer layers as follows:

(1) The Solid Inner Core of Earth: 1.7% of the Earth?s mass; depth of 5,150 - 6,370 kilometers (3,219 - 3,981 miles)

The inner core is solid and unattached to the mantle, suspended in the molten outer core. It is believed to have solidified as a result of pressure-freezing which occurs to most liquids when temperature decreases or pressure increases.

(2) The Liquid Outer core: 30.8% of Earth?s mass; depth of 2,890 - 5,150 kilometers (1,806 - 3,219 miles)

The outer core is a hot, electrically conducting liquid within which convective motion occurs. This conductive layer combines with Earth?s rotation to create a dynamo effect that maintains a system of electrical currents known as the Earth?s magnetic field. It is also responsible for the subtle jerking of Earth?s rotation. This layer is not as dense as pure molten iron, which indicates the presence of lighter elements. Scientists suspect that about 10% of the layer is composed of sulfur and/or oxygen because these elements are abundant in the cosmos and dissolve readily in molten iron.

(3) The ?D? Layer: 3% of Earth?s mass; depth of 2,700 - 2,890 kilometers (1,688 - 1,806 miles)

This layer is 200 to 300 kilometers (125 to 188 miles) thick and represents about 4% of the mantle-crust mass. Although it is often identified as part of the lower mantle, seismic discontinuities suggest the ?D? layer might differ chemically from the lower mantle lying above it. Scientists theorize that the material either dissolved in the core, or was able to sink through the mantle but not into the core because of its density.

(4) Lower Mantle: 49.2% of Earth?s mass; depth of 650 - 2,890 kilometers (406 -1,806 miles)

The lower mantle contains 72.9% of the mantle-crust mass and is probably composed mainly of silicon, magnesium, and oxygen. It probably also contains some iron, calcium, and aluminum. Scientists make these deductions by assuming the Earth has a similar abundance and proportion of cosmic elements as found in the Sun and primitive meteorites.

(5) Middle Mantle (Transition region): 7.5% of Earth?s mass; depth of 400 - 650 kilometers (250-406 miles)

The transition region or mesosphere (for middle mantle), sometimes called the fertile layer, contains 11.1% of the mantle-crust mass and is the source of basaltic magmas. It also contains calcium, aluminum, and garnet, which is a complex aluminum-bearing silicate mineral. This layer is dense when cold because of the garnet. It is buoyant when hot because these minerals melt easily to form basalt which can then rise through the upper layers as magma.

(6) Upper Mantle: 10.3% of Earth?s mass; depth of 10 - 400 kilometers (6 - 250 miles)

The upper mantle contains 15.3% of the mantle-crust mass. Fragments have been excavated for our observation by eroded mountain belts and volcanic eruptions. Olivine (Mg,Fe)2SiO4 and pyroxene (Mg,Fe)SiO3 have been the primary minerals found in this way. These and other minerals are refractory and crystalline at high temperatures; therefore, most settle out of rising magma, either forming new material or never leaving the mantle. Part of the upper mantle called the asthenosphere might be partially molten.

(7) Lithosphere

Oceanic crust: 0.099% of Earth?s mass; depth of 0-10 kilometers (0 - 6 miles)

The rigid, outermost layer of the Earth comprising the crust and upper mantle is called the lithosphere. The oceanic crust contains 0.147% of the mantle-crust mass. The majority of the Earth?s crust was made through volcanic activity. The oceanic ridge system, a 40,000-kilometer (25,000 mile) network of volcanoes, generates new oceanic crust at the rate of 17 km3 per year, covering the ocean floor with basalt. Hawaii and Iceland are two examples of the accumulation of basalt piles.

The continental crust contains 0.554% of the mantle-crust mass. This is the outer part of the Earth composed essentially of crystalline rocks. These are low-density buoyant minerals dominated mostly by quartz (SiO2) and feldspars (metal-poor silicates). The crust (both oceanic and continental) is the surface of the Earth; as such, it is the coldest part of our planet. Because cold rocks deform slowly, we refer to this rigid outer shell as the lithosphere (the rocky or strong layer).

Conclusion
The layers of the earth coincide with the above mentioned hadith of the Prophet. The miracle is in two matters:

(1) The expression of the hadith, ?He will sink down the seven earths on the Day of Resurrection,? indicates the stratification of these ?earths? around one center.

(2) The accuracy with which the Prophet of Islam referred to the seven inner layers of earth.

The only way for a desert dweller to have known these facts 1400 years ago is through revelation from God.

I've read them before when you posted them in a different thread. However, that does not address the issue of it being a no-no (as in, you shouldn't do it).
