The Difficulty Index of College Knowledge

I have an idea for how to better compare GPA's across college disciplines.

Now, you've probably heard that GW Bush and John Kerry both had C averages in college. I don't know what kind of classes they took, but this is where my new index comes in.

I present to you the Difficulty Index of College Knowledge (d***)

Basically, if a course is really hard it has a big d*** and an easy course will have a small d***.

You multiply this by the GPA and have a better measure of actual performance in college

Microbiology had a big d***

I haven't dealt with many big d***s in my life, but I know that I would have a huge d***. I have no mercy towards students.

I'd say my teaching degree would rate as a medium d***

My psychology undergrad degree had an average d***
