I just got sent this video clip. It starts with a man and his son shopping and the boy puts a huge packet of sweets into the trolley. The dad puts them back and after some back and forth of the sweeties the kid starts an almighty tantrum. This is the tantrum to end all tantrums. The kid starts screaming and shouting and then starts running around the shop throwing stuff on the floor, rolling around on the floor and rattling the trolley. Through it all the dad is just standing there looking not amused and slightly bored.
Finally, the slogan appears on the screen. In big letters the words 'use condoms' fade onto the screen as the commercial ends.
