Texas Law on Children Seeing Porn Being Challenged

can u like create a petition to change something like this in texas?

I think the mother is trying to do something like that already.
What I can't understand is the use of the words "harmful material" when Texas passed the law and now why Randall County District Attorney James Farren is justifying doing NOTHING to that vile sorry excuse for a human being 'dad' with " our hands are tied " BS.

i suppose years of being an attorney distorted his own moral compass or level of compassion ..

this could be a milestone for all them sickos to follow without any consequences..
