Teenage Girl's Room

Im decorating my daughter's room TODAY! I have to go buy paint. The problem is what colour? She has had pink rooms all her life and now she is off the pink and wants something a little more adult.

The room is rectangular about 20 foot long and 15 foot wide.

I would rather not have one block colour, maybe stripes or different colour walls.

Any suggestions please? Photos or samples of colour?

Purple, a dark but not too dark purple with white on the top cealing bit. Should look rather snaz

Ummmm well this might not be helpful but at the moment my room is bright pink, I love it but I know I'll grow out of it soon, so I thought that next time I will have like a darkish purple and a cream colour which sounds a bit more grown up to me but I know nothing

Hmmm i rememebr when i was a child i had a pink bedroom i got to the point where i hated pink I wanted it yellow blue and green

What colour does she say she wants it, or does she not have any ideas other than not pink?

What about browns and creams or a nice deep red with cream and gold.

I did a salmon and sand color. Top salmon, bottom sand, with a black strip divider. Door and closet black.

So perhaps purple and cream. Could be nice.

I remember my mom refusing to let me paint my room black when i was a goth!!
So mean!! WOuldn't let me dye my hair either!!

You should go for simple and then add cool accessories!!!
