I don't think China is ready for military conflict... yet.

They seem to be smart enough to know that ultimately war is not a long term economic enhancer.

It wasn't surprising to me.

China rattled its sabers when Pelosi went... why? Because it was political... political postering.

When we sind guided-missile cruisers, China knows that it military posturing and isn't stupid enough to start a war (i.e. a nuclear war).
