FOR f*** SAKE!

Im trying to change details on a direct debt, so i phone up and get the usual if your wanting this press 1, or if you want that press 2. . .

so i do all that and i get this recorded message thing asking me questions, and i have to asnwer "Yes" or "No" every f***ing time i say yes it goes "sorry i am having problems, please say yes or no" and it asks the question again, and no matter how f***ing hard i say please clearly the damn thing don't understand me

I really hate those automated voice things

Well after saying "yes" ahell of alot of times, i did it.

When i have had to call T.V licensing i have a option of pressing the numbers I always end up hanging up on those automated things
